Obviously... The Nokia E7 is a high end expensive premium phone while the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini pro is a low end budget phone.



If you look at the specs:



The E7 has a larger 4" AMOLED screen while the X10 Mini pro has a tiny 2.55" LCD screen. Most apps on the Android Market won't work due to that tiny screen and it's really not powerful enough to handle most of them. The E7 will pretty much work with most of the apps found on the Ovi Store (Nokia Store in the future). Also, the E7 will receive more updates while Sony has already ditched the X10 Mini pro and will no longer update it. Both have very different cameras as well, but a debate might come up on which is better. E7 has an 8 MP Full Focus camera while the Xperia X10 Mini pro has a 5 MP Auto Focus camera.



If you wanted to look into a Sony Ericsson phone to compare with the E7, look at phones such as the Xperia arc which are high end handsets.

From ur question i can see that u r looking for a multimedia phone having a fast processor and reliable operating system. Then i would recomend Nokia E7,it has a qwerty keypad which is perfect for messaging and is a glide symtem so the keypad can be hidden away. It has enough RAM for memory hungry apps and is running on Symbian 5th edition so there a thousands of free application for download on the internet. It has a Carl Zeiss optics for the camera,which are used in high-end sony camera by the way! I really recomend this phone,by the way,i already did research on all highend phones and Nokia E7 is one of the perfect phone available till date.

Yes Nokia E7 is better than Sony Ericsson. Because it has so many apps and games and it has resale value also better than Sony Ericsson.

If u don't have any budget problem then i personally prefer Nokia E7 as it has a lots of good business functionality & i prefer Nokia than any other but if you do not need more sophisticated business phone then sony has the same features & at relatively cheap price, so now its upto you to prefer which as per your requirements.
