I have a Motorola W370, and I have a USB cord that connects it to my computer. However, I can't send the ring tones that I created using audacity to my phone because, when I hook it up, the phone doesn't show up as a removable drive. Also, the ring tones that I made cannot be downloaded from the tracfone online store, since the songs are Japanese...

So... what should I do to get them on my phone?

When you bought the phone did it came with a pc suite.

If not have to download the software from the internet ( dont know the link, im also having a hard time looking for a motorola phone driver) after the driver is installed it would show up in your pc as removable drive & just copy & paste. If not, it would be thru bluetooth, just use another phone which can access the pc & Try mobileringtonez.com.

You probably need Motorola Phone Tools software. Unfortunately, it's not free.
