How Can I Call My Friend for FREE?

Question

Okay so I have a friend in Missouri (USA) and I want to call her for the very first time (I'm from the UK - Coventry) her number is 816 *** **** and mine is 074 **** ****. How do I call her for ABSOLUTE;Y FREE ( via mobile phone) Are there any Apps or anything else I could use to call her/ TEXT her too :) I mean I use Social Networking like: Twitter, Tumblr, Facebook - rarely, Instagram and the lot haha and I have Kik (the App) to text but sometimes it goes all funny and doesn't work as good. So anything really that is completely free with NO HIDDEN CHARGES! =D

Not on a mobile, you're best bet is Skype or another video chat app. Making phone calls costs money but some companies are cheaper to ring abroad. Never free though

On a mobile phone you can download the magicJack app for free calls. For home use, you can also pick up the magicJack unit, which gives you free local and long distance calls as long as you have an internet connection. There aren't any hidden fees with magicJack either.

I use viber to text and call a friend overseas. This works very well. You can send pictures like kik, but also videos. Viber. Call and text for free. And its completely free!!!

i don't think its possible, you can do phone calls on skype but only to businesses like mcdonalds and real estates, here it is [phone] but i don't think you can do home calls. There is another phone number but you can only call TO UK so yeah. here it is: [phone] they are both free numbers so enjoy. Also i recommend calling these numbers using skype. :P
