how do you add songs to music player player in nokia 5200?

Question

So i have nokia 5200 and it has a music player, but there is only one song in it and even though i have other songs on my phone i don't know how to put them into the music player!!!!
please help, in the book it says that they are recognised by the phone and added automatically or something like that but it doesn't seem to be working!!!!:((

1. first u can create a new folder in SD card and copy the music files to that folder

2.then open the Music player ,press options and select "Music source...

3.then "select the folder" to browse ur music folder OR select memory card

4.then go to track list and press option to choose "refresh all tracks
