Alright alright alright...
Beautiful Widgets : is a Paid App that Features Sense Like Widgets and ability to switch themes on the Clock as well as having a little animation like the HTC Sense one on HTC HD2, but involves the tapping of the weather icon.
Find it for free on 4shared.com search "beautiful widgets.apk"
Fancy Widget : a very close looking HTC like clock, does not feature the flipping as it is not Intregrated SDK, but it is the closest in appearance, HTC requested it to be removed from the market because of this. Find it for download on 4shared.com search "fancy widget.apk"
Remember to filter the search with largest file first to get the latest version of the application.

I don't think there's one that looks a lot like the HTC widget - I used to have an HTC Droid Eris and then switched to a Motorola Droid, and I did look for something. I ended up just using the News & Weather widget that came with the phone (I am pretty sure it is just the standard Android widget; I'm not sure if it's included on the Droid X or not - the Droid X has a more customized version of Android than the original Droid).

For maximum convenience, I will present the differences/similarities of these two mobile phones in a table. HTC HD2 Motorola Droid Wins Expected release 2009, November 2009,October-November Droid Type Touchscreen Touchscreen - Dimensions 120.5 x 67 x 11 mm 115.8 x 60 x 13.7 Droid Weight 157g 169g HD2 Display type TFT 65K colors TFT16M Droid Display size 4.3” 3.7′ HD2 Display resolution 480x800px 480x854px Droid CPU type Qualcomm Snapdragon QSD8250 ARM Cortex A8 HD2 CPU frequency 1GHz 550MHz - RAM 448Mb 256Mb HD2 ROM 512Mb 512Mb - Accelerometer Yes Yes - Proximity sensor Yes Yes - Expansion+Slots MicroSD, TransFlash microSD (TransFlash) - Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP 2.0 with A2DP HD2 USB miniUSB microUSB - Wireless 802.11 b/g, router 802.11 b/g HD2 Camera 5MP 5MP - Video VGA (480x640px) VGA (720x480px) Droid Secondary camera No No - OS Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional Google Android 2.0 - GPS Yes Yes Battery 1230 mAh 1400mAh Droid Talk-time Up to 6 h 20 min (2G) / Up to 5 h 40 min (3G) NA Standby Time Up to 490 h (2G) / Up to 390 h (3G) NA Total HD2 Both the HTC HD2 and the new Motorola Droid are two brilliant mobile phones, each having their own pluses and minuses. HTC HD2 has a fast processor, big screen and weighs less, whereas Motorola Droid has more battery power, better video recording quality, and a better quality of the display. My conclusion is that HTC HD2 is best for surfing the Internet, working with documents, and acting as a better game console than Droid. Droid on its own, is best at recording quality videos, and offering more operating time. My personal choice would be definitely HTC HD2. HD 2 at amzn.to/cvnHDo

No.
The Droid X doesn't have HTC Sense.
But I'm sure you can look for a hack. I wouldn't recommend it.
