It started with me trying to call a contact. I would go to contacts and select a contact but it says "Sorry! the process android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly. Please Try again." But I've been trying again for a month now. Since, I've met a few people and tried to save their contact info but the same error message comes up. They'll text me and I'll select the info button > more > add to contacts, then the error message displays. How do I fix this?

When I set up my phone... I used Gmail to edit all my contacts. If you have a desktop computer... log onto Gmail website... then click Gmail button and select Contacts... and edit all your contacts there... and even drag a photo to them.. anything you do there will automatically Sync to your phone. It sounds like there is an app that's corrupted on your phone or keeps crashing.

UPDATE

I checked on HTC Website... they know about this problem and issued a Fix

From a quick Google some people point to Facebook app could be worth removing to try.

Else backup contacts first (even if it means writing down on paper) then remove contact data using the 'clear data' button under all apps relating to contacts, including system apps. You could also try removing/resetting sync data and accounts.

Just be careful with sync options, especially if you sync calender/email etc don't loose the lot...
