Sounds like they either have an problem with one of the HLR's (Home Location Register) or something has happened with your record on the platform. The only thing you can do is contact O2, have you received any calls ok? If so that normally discounts the HLR as a platform, but your supplementary services may have been corrupted somehow.

Don't get me started about O2!! It seems they have not activated your sim card or phone? You need to contact them, but wait again it's O2 it all goes through the net so you cannot even ring them. Mate they gave me solicitor notes saying I would have to pay £250 legal fees for £40 I owed 4 cancelling my contract. No pre warning or nice think u us money. I said here take the £40 & I'll never come back. This was 4 yrs ago & never gone back. Out of 4 freinds on O2 I have never heard anyone who has been satisfied. Gd luck

I've worked for 2 networks in the past and all that thay would say is reboot ur phone turn it off take battery out and sim leave it a min then put it all back together...if problem still there then try sim card in another phone that should tell u if it's a network problem or handset problem..... hope that helps ...gud luk..
