YES, resolution is an issue.

some of the apps dont work with the 320x240 QVGA resolution ,,,the standard resolution for android is

480x320 HVGA resolution.

but the WVGA 800x480 resolution is the best.

also more the resolution , more is the battery drainage,,,so a high resolution should be supported by a good battery

I wasn't aware of that, I just knew the resolution was garbage. I have no clue which has the highest, but any of the mid to high end Android phones will have a good screen. My Droid 1 is gorgeous to this day. As far as "stock apps", it's mostly bloatware, so don't let that influence you - all the good apps are from rooting or the market.

I have a Boost, and Virgin. Samsung Galaxy Prevail (boost) LG Optimus V (virgin)

I have had zero issue with any images loading on any site. The only draw back to these phones is the use ARM6 processors which DO NOT support flash. They will play HTLM5 videos just fine and appear to me to be very clear. By the way the Galaxy looks better pic wise, but the LG phone is a bit dimmer but thats holding them side by side. Other wise you would never be able to tell

I have no issues for my cheap andriod phones. LOL
