On AT&T's website, you can get a refurbished $200 phone for just $20. The phone has a camera, video, etc. There are many refurbished phones from which to choose. My plan is the gophone plan. I pay $1 a day, plus 10 cents per minute. Whether you're texting, online, or just talking, it is 10 cents a minute. If I call other people who have AT&T, it is free. Most of my friends and family members have AT&T, so it is great for me. You can recharge the phone in denominations of $15 and up. When you have recharged by a certain amount, I think it's $50, you get a $5 bonus recharge.

LG equipped for internet, but I use it only for phone and texting. Use program figuring out tips, etc. $15 a month with 25 free minutes - an offer they made years ago and I won't give up.
