If you don't care about touch keyboards you can get a Nokia N8, it has a top mobile OS (Symbian^3, now designed entirely for touch), the best camera in the market (12MP, Xenon Flash, Records @720p 25 frames per sec) and it's AMOLED touch screen has a great touch sensibility..

But if you want a real keyboard + touch screen then i recommend you a Blackberry Torch or a Nokia E7.. This last one is a better smartphone with a better camera but doesn't have the Blackberry Messenger that everybody love so much.

If you want to see the top smatphones at each category no matter the price, here's a website that will help you more than any other site: http://www.phonegg.com/e/TOP-Cell-Phones.html

Below are the sources for the 3 cellphones i just mentioned..

Trust me on this one, skip the keyboard. I used to be absolutely set on a keyboard, and then I got a phone without one (I really had no choice).

Personally, I use an Android based Samsung phone called the Galaxy S Vibrant. I love it, and Samsung includes a special keyboard that makes typing a breeze.

I'd stay away from BlackBerry, they're not keeping up and their phones have a fairly high random failure rate and cannot do nearly as much as Android phones or iPhones.

The iPhone is pretty good as well, it's basically a dumbed down Android based phone, though I hear you can do a lot more with it if you jail break it, which of course voids your warranty.

As for cameras, most newer android based phones and iphone have 5 MP cameras. BlackBerry phones may have dramatically lower quality pictures.

start up through retaining the telephone and push the buttons. Get a experience for it first on your hand. What suits my hand utilization, won't in good shape yours. Then evaluate your record of questions, i could say. base line: if it feels good, do it!
