I need help picking a phone.?

Im not that good with phones, but im really good with computers, I just never had a phone.

So I need help picking out one, it has to be like, Sony Erisson or Nokia, cause those are like the main companies that are here (especially Nokia).

Heres what I want:
- One with a camera, (probably about 2 megapixles, anything around that)
- Plays music
- Has a really loud speaker
- Has bluetooth
- Can record videos
- Can record sounds
- And has all those other basic phone stuff, like alarms and stuff.

Its alright if it doesn't have, or has less or more of that stuff I listed.

Also, im on a budget of maximum $200 US Dolars (Maybe a bit more) but I'd prefer spending less. :)

Thanks in advance!

I recommend a nokia 6230i, but it only has a 1.3 megapixel camera. costs around about £30..00 on e-bay.

I think the LG Scoop has everything you are looking for. The only thing is the camera is only a 1.3 megapixel. I have the Scoop and it is the best phone I have ever had, and definetly within your price range!!
