i all of a sudden started getting text messages from this vtext.com. how do i stop this. already called customer service all they could do is change the cell number. is there any other way to stop these texts. i have had this number for so long and don't want to change it.

You can sign in to your www.vtext.com (use your regular MyVerizon sign-in) and go to preferences and then spam. You can check off to not get any web (vtext) messages, or you can manually put in the numbers you've already gotten messages from.
