Weird voice messages?

I keep getting this weird voice mail every so often. It started yesterday, after I went to a memorial day party at a lake near my house. When I got back this message was waiting for me on my verizon cell phone. It was like a bunch of muffled screaming and people saying, "Sh!". It was really weird, and now they just keep appearing, without even calling. No one's even calling me! The messages just appear out of nowhere! Now they're even weirder now! It's like this woman's voice speaking in some weird language. I've never heard it before, it just kind of sounds like gibberish. I let my mom listen to one of them, and she said she didn't know what it was, but that it was really freakish sounding. I'm really freaked out! Is this happening with anyone else? Especially Verizon wireless customers?

This is an interesting question and i think you can do some searching on Yahoo and google to help you know what is going on.

I once seen a site that had to do with "Blue Toothing" anyone who has a blue tooth enabled cell phone can receive a message from any prankster like in a mall you have these guys makeing up different text messages and clicking send and then watch people start checking their text messages...then look at the expression on their faces because they have no way of knowing who sent the message.

I suppose these pranksters have gone yet anouther step up to where they can send voice messages to their unsuspecting victims.

Disable your Blue Tooth and the messages should stop anouther thing to keep in mind the person sending these messages may be close because with the text messageing joke thing useing Blue Tooth one would have to be within a hundered feet or so for the joke to work.

This is basicly what is happening and without researhing this further i cant be sure what their distance capability would be now, maybe it has advanced to miles because these pranksters are now known as BlueJackers

Another thing to check would be a "Virus Check" allthough i dont think it is a virus.

Disable your Blue Tooth and dont enable it untill you want to use it because Blue Tooth can be like a radio and if you dont like what's on it turn it off.

Hope this helps and i have stared your question.

Crosstalk became a project plenty extra common in the previous. to are conscious of it you may desire to first understand slightly approximately physics and electrical energy. in case you have a twine hooked as much as a circuit and you run yet another twine perfect next to it the 1st twine will bring about a duplicate of the sign to the 2nd twine, albeit a plenty weaker one. With classic telephone provider a pair of wires contains an analog representation of your voice from the telephone agencies "vital workplace" to a junction field on your street (or alongside telephone poles) and ultimately on your place. each and each telephone extensive type is a pair of wires. in the journey that your pair is working on the breaking point of your neighbor's pair it became in specific situations conceivable to hearken to a faint reproduction of your buddies telephone verbal replace. faster or later a smart engineer discovered that in case you twist the pair of wires it removes crosstalk. The extra recent cables are continually stated as twisted pairs or CAT3, CAT5, and CAT6. If the wires interior the cable coming from the telephone corporation to the interface field on the exterior of your place are sturdy colours alongside with green, pink, yellow and black they don't seem to be twisted. If the wires coming in are white with colored stripes, they are twisted. right that could be a prior answer from 4 years in the past (hyperlink under): a thank you to remedy it is common, yet in the previous day of Strouger exchanges, it became a mechanical project... acquire some 88 mH chokes.... feed the cables with the aid of those chokes and VIOLA!, your executed... ask your nearby telephone engineer for a pair, he could be happy to supply you some. Failing that, feed the cables with the aid of some ferrite jewelry. or beads; the type you detect on laptop video reveal contraptions, they artwork nicely, too. type regards Dr Antony 4 years in the past word: those days telephone provider could additionally come from cable agencies or fiber optic (Verizon FIOS) that's sent as a digital sign all a thank you to an interface field at your place that would then convert it to analog so which you may use your present "land" telephones. .
