It's true to Nokia. Only Nokia's devices have Carl Zeiss optics. However, that goes for the Lumia 900, 810, 820, 822, and 920 (with PureView tech in the 920) as well. I'm not sure if it includes the 800 or any of the low-budget devices (like the 505, 610, or 710).
You won't find Carl Zeiss hardware in non-Nokia devices, but you'll find it in several of Nokia's products.

nothing exclusive about it. Carl zeiss optics have always been used in the high quality cameras of all n-series nokia phones and a handful of other nokias before that.
